The former leather factory

This amazing space is located in a former leather factory in Stockholm, converted into apartments in 2013. What I take with me: the dark floorboards warming up the space, the visible pipes recalling the building's past, the floor to ceiling curtains reinforcing the impressive volumes, the stairs built in storage, the big indoor tree giving life to it all, the table and bench from No Early Birds (a Swedish brand that I like a lot) as well as this season's must-have piece of furniture, the daybed, here in leather. Cet espace magnifique est situé dans une ancienne usine de cuir à Stockholm, transformée en appartements en 2013. Ce que je retiens: le plancher foncé qui réchauffe l'espace, les tuyaux visibles qui rappellent le passé des lieux, les rideaux du sol au plafond qui renforcent les volumes impressionnants, le rangement intégré de l'escalier, le grand arbre d'intérieur qui donne vie à l'ensemble, la table et le banc de chez No Early Birds (une marque suédoise que j'aime beaucoup) ainsi que la pièce indispensable de cette saison, le divan, ici en cuir.
