I'm so late with everything this year that I haven't even finished showing you everything from our blog tour in Amsterdam in October... Well, in this round up from the trip I first of all want to show you a few more photos from Volkshotel, the hotel that I already mentioned here but which turned out to be even more cool in reality...

Bref, dans ce dernier post sur ce voyage, je voulais tout d'abord vous montrer quelques photos supplémentaires de Volkshotel, l'hôtel dont je vous ai déjà parlé ici et qui s'est avéré être encore plus cool en réalité...


We were lucky to once more be able to use the excellent services of Uber to get around Amsterdam (just as we did on our blog tour in Stockholm). What I like the most about Uber is that it's so easy and quick to use. Just download their app on your phone, register and order your cab.

Encore une fois, on a eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de l'excellent service d'Uber pour nous déplacer à travers Amsterdam (comme on l'avait déjà fait à notre blog tour à Stockholm). Ce que j'aime bien avec Uber, c'est que c'est très facile et rapide d'utilisation. Il suffit de télécharger leur app sur son téléphone, s'enregistrer et commander son taxi.


We did lots of more great things too, like enjoying a delicious dinner in a spectacular setting at the Bluespoon restaurant (designed by Marcel Wanders)...

On a fait plein d'autres trucs chouettes aussi, comme profiter d'un diner délicieux dans un lieu spectaculaire au restaurant Bluespoon (décoré par Marcel Wanders)...

I'm pretty sure you're all familiar with the famous bean bag Fatboy, a worldwide success created by Finnish designer Jukka Setälä and launched by Fatboy in 2002... But this Dutch brand also offers a range of other cool products that we had the chance to discover at our latest blog tour in Amsterdam.

Mais cette marque hollandaise propose aussi toute une gamme d'autres produits sympa qu'on a pu découvrir lors de notre dernier blog tour à Amsterdam.

I listen to music all the time, especially when working. The first stop on our recent Amsterdam blog tour was at the amazing showroom of Moooi. Moooi was founded in 2001 by designer Marcel Wanders and marketing specialist Casper Vissers with the goal to make interiors more beautiful, exciting and inspiring. The name Moooi comes from the Dutch word for beautiful, with an extra 'o' added, as in extra value in terms of beauty and uniqueness.

This is one of the latest additions to the Moooi range: the stunning Prop Light designed by Bertjan Pot (who is also the designer behind the bestselling Random Light). Besides being particularly beautiful, the prop light is an extremely flexible lighting solution which you can hang on the wall, down from the ceiling or even put on the floor.

Last weekend I was in Amsterdam for another fantastic blog tour with Design Bloggers United! I have lots of photos to show you, but let's start with one of the highlights of our tour: the dinner party we organised on Friday evening. We were very happy to be able to welcome our guests (a mix of bloggers, designers, sponsors...) in a stunning location,  the Pistache studio, situated right in the city centre.

Le weekend dernier j'étais à Amsterdam pour un autre fantastique "blog tour" avec Design Bloggers United! J'ai plein de photos à vous montrer, mais commençons par l'un des temps fort de notre visite: la soirée que nous avons organisés le vendredi. On était ravi de pouvoir accueillir nos invités (un mélange de bloggeurs, designers, sponsors...) dans un lieu exceptionnel, le studio Pistache, situé en plein centre.

The cool stools and lamps came from Fatboy, and Libratone provided us with music thanks to their stylish loudspeakers.

Je profite de quelques semaines de vacances reposantes en Suède en ce moment, histoire de recharger les batteries pour la rentrée... Parmi les projets sympas qui m'attendent, un blog tour à Amsterdam début octobre! Notre groupe de bloggers européens va notamment participer à l'événement Meet the blogger le 4 octobre. I'm enjoying a few weeks of relaxing holidays in Sweden at the moment, trying to to recharge my batteries for this autumn...
