I love the simplicity and the soft colours in these pictures from the home of Maria Worsaae, one of the founders of Aiayu. Aiayu is a Danish brand with a gorgeous lifestyle collection that you can see more of here. The photos were published on Cereal some time ago (where you'll also find an interview with Maria), but I never got around to show them at the time so here goes... Have a great week!

J'adore la simplicité et les couleurs douces dans ces images de la maison de Maria Worsaae, l'une des fondatrices de Aiayu. Aiayu est une marque danoise qui propose une très jolie collection lifestyle que vous pouvez découvrir ici. Les photos étaient publiées sur Cereal il y a quelque temps (où vous trouverez aussi une interview avec Maria) mais je ne les avais jamais montrées ici alors voilà... Bonne semaine!

The minimalist and contemporary architecture of this house located close to Stockholm is created by the international architecture studio fourfoursixsix. The white and airy backdrop is warmed up by darker accents in brown, wine red, teal, green, dusty pink... a clear trend in Scandinavian interiors right now. This colour scheme is also quite in line with Pantone's colour for 2015: Marsala.

L'architecture minimaliste et contemporaine de cette maison située près du Stockholm a été créée par le studio d'architecture international fourfoursixsix. Le fond blanc et aéré est réchauffé par des accents plus foncés en brun, bordeaux, bleu canard, vert, rose grisé... une vraie tendance dans les intérieurs scandinaves en ce moment. Cette palette est aussi bien en phase avec la couleur Pantone pour 2015: Marsala.

I love this kind of projects, which prove that the same space can get a totally different atmosphere depending on how you style it. Swedish real estate firm Fastighetsbyrån gave 3 well known stylists the mission to style the same flat in their own way and this is the result.

Swedish super stylist Lotta Agaton (also my former teacher at the styling class I took at Beckmans Akademi last year) was in the US earlier this year together with a big team to shoot pictures for iconic furniture manufacturer Herman Miller. La super styliste suédoise Lotta Agaton (aussi ma formatrice au stage de stylisme que j'ai suivi l'année dernière à Beckmans Akademi) était aux Etats-Unis plus tôt cette année pour réaliser des photos pour Herman Miller, fabricant de mobilier iconique. Cette semaine, le fabricant de peintures norvégien Jotun a lancé une nouvelle collection de peintures dans cette palette de couleurs grisées que l'on verra beaucoup cet automne à mon avis. La collection Lady Balance se décline en 3 thèmes: Balance - nuances de vert, Beauty - chair/rose/rouge et Simplicity - noir/blanc/gris/jaune.

This week, Norwegian paint manufacturer Jotun launched a new collection of paints in this dusty colour scheme that I believe we will see a lot of this autumn. The Lady Balance collection comes in 3 themes: Balance - shades of green, Beauty - nude/pink/red and Simplicity - black/white/grey/yellow.
